How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS app — subscriptions billed by Apple are managed through your Apple ID:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
- Find AstroNum in the list
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Web (astronum.me) — subscriptions billed via Stripe on the web. Send us an email at hello@astronum.me from the address tied to your account and ask to cancel. We'll stop the next renewal within one business day and confirm by email.
In both cases, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium access until that date. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion.
How do I request a refund?
iOS app — App Store refunds are handled directly by Apple, not by us.
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
- Find the AstroNum transaction and choose Request a refund
Apple reviews each request individually, usually responding within 48 hours.
Web (astronum.me) — email hello@astronum.me with your order date and the reason for the refund. We process Stripe refunds within 5–7 business days. EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital subscriptions under EU Directive 2011/83/EU — we honour this without further questions.

How do I restore my purchases or access?
iOS app — if you reinstalled the app or signed in on a new device:
- Open AstroNum
- Go to Profile → Subscription (or open any paywall)
- Tap Restore Purchases
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. This re-syncs your Premium status and any one-time reports (Compatibility, Yearly, Business Breakdown, Synergy Matrix).
Web (astronum.me) — just sign in with the same email you used for the original purchase. Your Premium and report entitlements are tied to your account on our backend, so they restore automatically across browsers and devices. If you've forgotten which email you used, write to hello@astronum.me — we can look it up by the original Stripe transaction.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Your account is shared between the iOS app and astronum.me — one deletion removes the data from both.
In the iOS app:
- Open Profile
- Tap Account → Delete account
- Confirm
On the web (astronum.me):
- Open Profile
- Click Delete account
- Confirm
This permanently deletes your profile, partner profiles, saved reflections, chat history, push tokens, and all associated data on our backend. The deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Heads-up on subscriptions: if you have an active subscription, cancel it first (see the cancel-subscription question above). Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple- or Stripe-billed subscription on its own — those continue billing through their platform until you cancel them there.
If you can't access either app, email hello@astronum.me from the address linked to your account. We'll verify ownership and process the deletion within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 17.
